Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar investigations, security, or compliance-related role.
- Previous service in the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Police will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Physically fit and capable of handling security-related responsibilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts when required.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Age below 55 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities whenever required.
- Conduct employee, visitor, and third-party background verification checks.
- Identify suspicious activities and support fraud prevention initiatives.
- Assist with investigations related to security incidents, policy violations, and fraudulent activities.
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to identify security threats and unsafe conditions.
- Control access points and verify visitor and employee identification.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and protocols.
