Qualifications & Experience
- Certified qualification in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in the tourism industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong tourism knowledge and passion for the industry are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer literacy is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and planning tour packages and travel itineraries.

- Assist with travel-related documentation, including visa and insurance requirements.
- Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tourism services.
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support operational activities related to tours and travel arrangements.
