Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Digital Banking or a technology-related environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • Any recognized professional qualification.
  • Completed or currently pursuing a Diploma in Banking & Finance will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
  • Experience in technology-driven business environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Bank’s digital banking initiatives in line with business objectives and digital strategy.
  • Implement and enhance digital banking services to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of digital solutions.
  • Monitor the Bank’s digital product portfolio and digital channel performance.
  • Drive customer adoption and digital usage across banking platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and return on investment (ROI) initiatives.
  • Address customer pain points by coordinating timely solutions with relevant teams.
  • Support digital transformation projects and innovation initiatives.
