Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management and business development.
- Prior managerial-level experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience in driving business growth and improving operational performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
- Ability to travel between branches when required.
- Male candidates below 45 years of age are preferred by the employer.

- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support organizational growth.
