Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day gold loan operations at the branch.
- Evaluate and process gold loan applications in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate valuation and handling of pledged gold items.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve branch gold loan business targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor operational compliance and risk management procedures.
- Handle branch administration and coordinate operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Support business development initiatives to expand the gold loan portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 03 years’ experience in the banking, finance, or related sector.
- Experience in gold loan operations will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial services and lending operations.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
