Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations and guest relations.
- Experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) operations management.
- Understanding of channel management systems and online booking platforms.
- Ability to manage operational and financial performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue enhancement initiatives across hotel operations.
- Coordinate and oversee Food and Beverage (F&B) operations to maximize profitability.
- Lead hotel operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Act on behalf of management when required and provide operational leadership.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel ratings.
- Manage channel management systems and online booking platforms effectively.
