Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience.
- Experience in branch operations with exposure to pawning activities is essential.
- Good understanding of banking products and services.
- Knowledge of pawning operations, valuation procedures, and related banking processes.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all pawning-related activities at the branch.
- Ensure accurate processing and administration of pawning transactions.
- Support branch operational functions while maintaining service excellence.
- Provide professional customer service to pawning and banking customers.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pawning operations.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding pawning products and services.
- Support branch management in achieving operational and service objectives.
