Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the branch’s high-net-worth client portfolio.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective cross-selling of banking products and services.
  • Increase portfolio profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Manage interactions with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with premium banking customers.
  • Contribute to branch business growth and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of executive-level experience in the banking or finance sector.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or premium banking clients.
  • Degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
  • Pleasant, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong sales, networking, and business development skills.
