Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Applicants should be between 22 and 28 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contracts.
- Support vendor evaluations and maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and related documentation.
- Contribute to improving procurement processes and operational efficiency.
