Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, customer service, or administrative role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage meeting room and conference facility bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain reception records.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with internal communication and office coordination activities.
- Support day-to-day front office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
