Qualifications & Experience
Recoveries Officers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recovery, collections, credit, or finance-related role.
- Educational or professional qualifications in Business, Credit Management, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in field recovery activities will be beneficial.
- Ability to achieve recovery and collection targets.
Recoveries Call Center Officers
- Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or recovery-related roles is preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Recoveries Officers
- Conduct recovery and collection activities in assigned regions.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions.
- Prepare recovery reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Recoveries Call Center Officers
- Handle inbound and outbound recovery-related customer calls.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Provide professional customer service while resolving payment-related inquiries.
- Assist in achieving departmental recovery targets.
- Escalate complex recovery matters to relevant departments when necessary.
