Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in sales and marketing recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in technical hiring will be considered an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Valid riding license with own motorcycle is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract suitable candidates for vacancies across Colombo and outstation locations.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for available positions.
  • Guide selected candidates to relevant locations to fill vacancies.
  • Manage bulk recruitment requirements within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and departmental heads regarding recruitment needs.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
