Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Good general knowledge and practical problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and database management.
- Experience handling candidate screening and recruitment coordination will be beneficial.
