The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting gold loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring efficient branch-level gold loan operations while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market gold loan products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned gold loan sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Support branch operations related to gold loan services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Conduct business development activities within the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- Previous experience in sales, finance, banking, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
