Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and food & beverage management.
  • Experience managing restaurant teams and coordinating daily operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control practices.
  • Excellent leadership and staff supervision skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hospitality-related qualifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
