Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales support or sales administration role.
- Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and sales software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational activities.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and sales-related documentation.
- Prepare and distribute quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain and update sales information in ERP systems while ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in monitoring sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.
