Qualifications & Experience

  • Part qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fully computerized working environment.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
  • Candidates should be below 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase vehicle models and explain features, specifications, and available options.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide post-sale support and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales-related reports.
  • Stay updated on product developments, inventory, features, and accessories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
