Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or airline industry will be preferred
  • Part or full qualification in CIM will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities
  • Good knowledge of corporate travel services and travel-related products
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala
  • Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
