Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry environment.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate and oversee employee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace concerns and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, employee documentation, and management information reports.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and skills.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
