Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar stewarding role for at least one year.
- Qualification related to Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service support operations.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Assist in setting up and clearing service areas.
- Support chefs and service staff with back-of-house operations.
- Maintain equipment and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
- Follow hotel safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Contribute to efficient daily operations within the stewarding department.
