Qualifications & Experience
- Full or part qualification in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in consumer assets, housing loans, retail banking products, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of housing loan products and related banking services.
- Knowledge of credit evaluation, loan assessment, and risk management practices.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive housing loan sales to achieve assigned business targets.
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the overall housing loan portfolio.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and property developers.
