Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 04 (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge related to civil and road construction activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of road construction activities.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Maintain project records and technical documentation.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are followed on-site.
• Assist in resolving technical issues arising during construction activities.
