Position Details
Hemas Consumer Brands is inviting applications for the Rise-Up Program, offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring finance professionals to join as a Trainee Associate – Finance (Management Accounting). This role provides exposure to financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business performance evaluation within Sri Lanka’s leading FMCG organization.

Qualifications & Experience
- Completed qualification in Finance or Business Management.
- CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Completed a minimum of 6 months internship in a related field.
- Retail or FMCG sector exposure will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and prepare month-end provision entries.
- Analyze monthly sales returns and prepare reports and memos.
- Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual performance.
- Develop supporting worksheets for monthly financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial evaluations.
- Support the development of financial models for assigned projects.
- Assist in management accounting and business performance analysis activities.
