Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification from CIM or SLIM.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale project accounts.
  • Experience dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Sri Lankan construction industry and project sales landscape.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete project sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, quotations, and contract closures.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and production teams to ensure project requirements are effectively delivered.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand presence within the industry.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
