Key Responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted business volumes and targets across all lending and investment products.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing branch team.
- Evaluate, investigate, and recommend credit applications within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain recovery ratios and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within company thresholds.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and effective administration.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive business development and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the banking, finance, or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in branch operations and business development.
- Strong knowledge of lending, investment products, and credit evaluation.
- Experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
