Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, operations management, or educational marketing is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Experience in the higher education or professional education sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollments and brand visibility.
- Drive sales and business development activities to achieve organizational targets.
- Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events for prospective students and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and educational partners.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on marketing performance and operational effectiveness.
