Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or dealer management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Experience in the automotive, battery, tyre, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motorcycle batteries and tyres to existing and potential customers.
- Execute sales promotions, branding campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets while maintaining zero overdue collections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Identify and appoint new dealers based on market opportunities.
- Coordinate stock availability and logistics with relevant internal teams.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Conduct market research on customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market performance updates.
