Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tender management or B2B sales.
  • Experience handling government or large corporate tenders will be highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tender preparation, bid management, and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government, corporate, and institutional clients.
  • Manage the complete tender process from opportunity identification through submission and award.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, proposals, and commercial bids in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, legal, procurement, and other internal departments to gather information required for bids.
  • Ensure all tender submissions meet client requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Develop pricing strategies and cost estimates to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to improve tender success rates.
  • Track tender performance, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for reporting and forecasting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards throughout the tender process.
