Qualifications & Experience
- GCE Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in a related stores, warehouse, or inventory management role.
- Knowledge of inventory and store management practices.
- Understanding of material handling and storage procedures.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and inventory software applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing materials according to established procedures.
- Support the issuance of materials based on approved requisitions.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock verification activities.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or misplaced items to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate labeling and identification of materials.
- Support the maintenance of store records, stock cards, and inventory logs.
- Ensure documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issue notes, and material tags are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with production and other departments when collecting or delivering materials.
- Support overall warehouse and inventory control activities.
