Qualifications & Experience
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
- Professional qualification from SLIM, CIM, or an equivalent professional body will be an added advantage.
- Recovery-related qualifications will be considered advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer handling.
- Experience in recovery operations within the financial services sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct life insurance sales and/or team leadership.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Track lapsed policy information received from relevant zonal coordinators.
- Contact policyholders and arrange meetings with customers whose policies have lapsed.
- Update policy status and customer databases accurately and regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and strategically.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, benefits, and recovery plans.
- Build long-term relationships with policyholders and maintain customer trust.
- Achieve monthly recovery, collection, and policy activation targets.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and provide reminders to policyholders.
- Provide management with relevant information and identify operational gaps.
- Recommend improvements and solutions to enhance recovery performance.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
